NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Section 210 of the Town of Clayton Subdivision regulations, a public hearing will be held on July 6, 2023 at 7:00 pm for Steven G. Fisk is requesting the approval of a major subdivision on their property located at Tubolino Road, Tax Map # 52.00, Block # 1, Lot # 23.5.  This is a 5 lot sub-division in the Agricultural and Rural Residential district.

The application may be viewed at the Town Offices, 405 Riverside Drive, Clayton during Office hours.

All adjacent landowners may, within 15 days from the date of this notice, submit comments to the Joint Town/Village of Clayton Planning Board, 405 Riverside Drive, Clayton, NY 13624.
