NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Article IV, § 132-42 and Article VIII of the Village of Clayton’s Local Zoning Law, a public hearing will be held by the Joint Town/Village of Clayton Planning Board on Thursday, November 2, 2023 at 7:00 PM or soon after in the Town Offices, 405 Riverside Drive, for the purpose of considering a Site Plan Review application by Grindstone Group LLC/Matthew Turcotte, to locate 11 pre-built storage sheds located at 605 Old State Road, Clayton in the Business District, Tax Map # 20.71-2-2.22.
All parties in interest and citizens will be given an opportunity to be heard in respect to such application. Persons may appear in person or by agent. Written comments must be received prior to hearing. The above application is open for inspection at the Town Offices, 405 Riverside Drive, Clayton, NY.
