NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Article IV, § 132-49 of the Village of Clayton’s Local Zoning Law, a public hearing will be held by the Joint Town/Village of Clayton Planning Board on Thursday, November 2, 2023 at 7:00 PM or soon after  in the Town Offices, 405 Riverside Drive, for the purpose of considering a Special Use Permit application by Jeff Senecal, to add 4 new apartment units to existing muti-family building located at 532 James Street, Clayton in the Neighborhood Residential district, Tax Map # 20.46-2-59.

All parties in interest and citizens will be given the opportunity to be heard in respect to such application.  Persons may appear in person or by agent. Written comments must be received prior to the hearing.  The above application is open for inspection in the Town Offices, 405 Riverside Drive, Clayton.
