NOTICE OF BID REQUEST
The Town of Clayton is soliciting bids for a new 3-yard Stationary Compactor. In addition to the standard options, the Compactor package shall include the following:
- (1) 40-yard Receiver Box
- 10’ Container Guides with Stops
- RH Side Feed Hopper
- Oil Heater
- Single Phase Motor 208 Volt
- Steel Plates for Securing Compactor to Pavement
The bid shall include freight to the site located at the Town of Clayton Transfer Site, 36243 County Route 4, Clayton, NY 13624.
Bids are due by Monday, December 5, 2022 by 2pm. Bids may be hand delivered or mailed to the Town Supervisor, 405 Riverside Drive, PO Box 379, Clayton, New York 13624. The Town of Clayton reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, or any part thereof, if it is in the best interest of the Town.
