NOTICE
Please take notice that on July 14, 2021, the Town Board of the Town of Clayton adopted a local law to opt out of the Town of Clayton hosting retail cannabis dispensaries and/or on-site cannabis consumption establishments within its boundaries outside the corporate limits of the Village of Clayton. Such law is subject to permissive referendum. Anyone wishing to file a petition must do so within forty-five (45) days upon the adoption of such law with the Town Clerk.
