PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Clayton, shall conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, August 11 at 5:30 p.m. at Town Offices, 405 Riverside Drive, Clayton, New York to hear public comments on a proposed Local Law pursuant to New York State Penal Law Section 405 related to Fireworks Displays.
A full copy of the law is available for inspection during normal business hours at the Town offices. All persons wishing to be heard on this issue should be present at the date, time and place above stated or submit comments and/or questions for the Public Hearing in a manner insuring receipt by 2:00 p.m. on the day of the Hearing. To send questions and comments, please submit to the Town Clerk at townclerk@townofclayton.com or via postal mail to Town of Clayton, RE: Public Hearing Comments, 405 Riverside Drive, Clayton, New York 13624. Any persons requiring special accommodations to participate in such public hearing, should notify the Town Clerk at least three (3) business days prior to the hearing.
