PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Local Law has been introduced before the Town Board to Amend Chapter 235-Zoning to permit Equestrian activities by Special Use Permit in Marine Residential District.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing in connection with this proposed Local Law will be held at the Cerow Recreation Park Arena, 600 East Line Road, Clayton NY on August 14, 2024 at 5:15 p.m. and that an opportunity to be heard in regard thereto will then and there be given to all persons.
