The Town Board of the Town of Clayton will hold a special executive session under POL section 105(1)(f) “the medical, financial, credit or employment history of a particular person or corporation, or matters leading to the appointment, employment, promotion, demotion, discipline, suspension, dismissal or removal of a particular person or corporation “on Wednesday, February 15, at 5:00pm, at the Town Hall, 405 Riverside Drive, Clayton, New York.
