TOWN OF CLAYTON
NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Town and Village of Clayton are soliciting bids for a person for the purpose of providing cleaning services at the Joint Town/Village Highway Facility located at 615 East Line Rd., Clayton, NY 13624. Duties to include but not limited to the cleaning of approximately 1500 sq. ft. of office space, 3 restrooms, kitchen area and locker room space. It will be requested that these spaces are cleaned (2) two to (3) three times per week. Interested parties may view and inspect the space upon request by calling Town Highway Superintendent Steve Dorr at 315-686-5122. Please submit bids with proof of insurance to the Town Clerk’s office at 405 Riverside Drive, PO Box 379, Clayton, NY 13624 no later than 2:00 PM on Monday, February 26, 2024. The Town of Clayton reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, or any part thereof, if it is in the best interest of the Town.
