Proposed Local Law: Tax Cap Override
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Local Law has been introduced before the Town Board of the Town of Clayton to override the 2% Tax Cap in the Town of Clayton, Jefferson County, NY.
FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Clayton hold a public hearing in connection with the proposed Local Law at the Cerow Recreation Park Arena, 600 East Line Road, Clayton, N.Y. at 5:00 P.M., Wednesday, October 23, 2024 and that an opportunity to be heard in regard thereto will then and there be given to all persons.
