NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Section 274b of Town Law & Article XI of the Town of Clayton Zoning Ordinance, a public hearing will be held by the Joint Town/Village of Clayton Planning Board on December 2, 2021 at 7:00 PM or soon after in the Town Offices at 405 Riverside Drive, Clayton for the purpose of considering a Special Use Permit application by Michael L. Fox to have a Small Commercial & Retail enterprise for a 42’ x 60’ building to hold his construction machines and make concrete countertops on his property located at 14345 County Route 9 in the Agricultural Rural Residential district, Tax Map # 42.00 Block # 1 Lot # 34.32.
All parties in interest and citizens will be given an opportunity to be heard in respect to such application. Persons may appear in person or by agent. Written comments must be received prior to hearing. The above application is open for inspection at the Town office, 405 Riverside Drive, Clayton, NY.
