Pavilion Rentals
Located adjacent to the Cerow Recreation Park Arena, this building is an open-air building equipped with picnic tables and a restroom. Tennis and basketball courts, as well as the municipal pool, are nearby. The hours of operation are dawn to dusk.
The Pavilion rental fee is $50/day for residents and $100/day for non-residents. The fee is paid to the Town in advance of event . Renter must sign a hold harmless agreement stating to agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Town of Clayton from any claim arising out of its acts or omissions and from any and all losses whatsoever, whether for personal injuries or property damage, including but not limited to the cost of litigation, attorney fees, filing fees and expenses of each and every nature. A Certificate of Insurance naming the Town of Clayton as additionally insured in the amount identified in the Insurance Requirements FAQ document must be received prior to rental date. Any additional users such as a DJ must also sign a Hold Harmless agreement and provide a Certificate of Insurance as noted above. Due to insurance liability, bounce houses and any inflatable apparatus are prohibited on Town property for private use. Renter must sign a Pavilion Use Permit assuming responsibility. All paperwork must be completed and received in the Buildings & Grounds Office prior to the event. Responsibility is also assumed for leaving the Pavilion in a clean condition.
The Pavilion is rented between May – mid October.

Arena Rentals
SUMMER SEASON (April – September):
From April to September, the Arena is a community venue for concerts, shows, and other community events. If you are interested in renting the Arena for an event, contact James Jones, Recreation Supervisor, at 315-686-4310 or jejones@townofclayton.com.
Event Room Rentals
The Event Room at Cerow Recreation Park Arena can be rented for small parties and events. The rental fee is: Full Room $40/hour or $300/day or Half Room $20/hour or $150 full day.
If you are interested in renting the Event Room, contact James Jones, Recreation Supervisor, at 315-686-4310 or jejones@townofclayton.com. The following application will need to be submitted after your rental date is confirmed.
