ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed Bids for the construction of the Town of Clayton’s Clayton Harbor Municipal Marina Upgrades located along Town’s Riverwalk, Contract No. 1, Prime Construction Work will be received by Town of Clayton, at the office of the 405 Riverside Drive, Clayton New York, 13624 until 2:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, at which time the bids received will be publicly opened. The proposed project will include reconstruction of the existing utility platform at the wave attenuator to raise platform above flood stage including all related plumbing and electrical work; and related auxiliary work.
Contract No. 1 – Prime Construction Work: Sealed Bids will be received for the Wave Attenuator Utility Upgrade.
Each Prime Construction Work bidder shall also provide a separate sealed envelope with a list of their planned subcontractors that will perform the Plumbing Work, HVAC Work, Electrical Work, and General Construction Work as applicable to Section 106-b of the NYS General Municipal Law (Wicks Law). NOTE: This sealed envelope to be inside their sealed bid envelope.
The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Fourth Coast Inc., 745 Graves Street, Clayton, NY 13624; Bidding Documents are available electronically (as portable document format (PDF) files) by emailing plans@fourthcoast.com. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from other sources.

Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
