TOWN OF CLAYTON NOTICE OF BID REQUEST
The Town of Clayton is soliciting bids for the following work at the Cerow Recreation Park Pool facility:
· Removal and disposal of approximately 40 yards of black top on the east side of the pool
· Removal and disposal of approximately 30 yards of concrete on the east side of the pool
· After removal of asphalt and concrete, install 4” minimum gravel base
· Installation of approximately 5,500 square foot concrete slab, using 4000# concrete, 4” thick with 6” x 6” wire mesh, drilled and pinned to existing concrete and broom finished.
· Completion of an approximately 10’ x 2’patch to concrete on west side of pool
The Town will be responsible for removal of fencing on the east side of the pool and repair of topsoil after work is completed. Deadline for completion of the project is December 31, 2021.
Bids are due by Monday, October 25, 2021, by 2pm. Bids may be hand delivered or mailed to the Town Supervisor, 405 Riverside Drive, PO Box 379, Clayton, New York 13624. The Town of Clayton reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, or any part thereof, if it is in the best interest of the Town.
