TOWN OF CLAYTON
NOTICE OF BID REQUEST
The Town of Clayton is soliciting bids for a 2020 or newer, current model Excavator with a minimum operating weight of 18,500 lbs. and minimum horsepower rating of 69HP. The excavator will be equipped with rubber tracks. This machine will have no more than 150 hours total usage, with no less than 22 months full premier warranty included. Delivery must be made within 7 days or less of bid award.
The purchase shall include a spring loaded manual quick-change coupler for the bucket, a 36” wide (13.0 cubic foot capacity) digging bucket with six (6) replaceable teeth including bucket pins, and 2-tine hydraulic pin mounted 120-degree rotation thumb. All attachments will be new, or like new, condition.
Bids are due by Monday, July 26 by 2pm. Bids may be hand delivered or mailed to the Town Clerk, 405 Riverside Drive, PO Box 379, Clayton, New York 13624. The Town of Clayton reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, or any part thereof, if it is in the best interest of the Town.
