PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Clayton, shall conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at 5:15 p.m., to consider a local law to repeal Local Law # 2 of 2025 as the same relates to an override of the tax levy limit established in General Municipal Law §3-c. The regular meeting of the Town Board will convene immediately thereafter.
A full copy of the law is available for inspection during normal business hours at the Town offices. All persons wishing to be heard on this issue should be present at the date, time and place above stated or have written comments submitted to the Town Board prior to that time and date. Any persons requiring special accommodations to participate in such public hearing, should notify the Town Clerk at least three (3) business days prior to the hearing.
